CHAP. 38.— An Act To amend the Act for the relief of contractors and subcontractors for the post offices and other buildings and work under the supervision of the Treasury Department, and for other purposes, approved August as amended by Act of March 6, 1920. February 27, 1926.[[H. R. 6376](/us/bill/69/hr/6376).][[Public, No. 30](/us/pl/69/30).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Portland, Me.Claim of contractor for work on quarantine station building at, may be filed.
That the Act of Congress entitled “An Act for the relief of contractors and subcontractors for the post offices and other buildings and work under the supervision of the Treasury Department, and for other135 purposes,” approved August 25, 1919, as amended by Act of March 6, 1920, be, and the same is hereby, amended so that said Act shall include the contractor for the steerage barracks for the United States quarantine station, erected at House Island, Portland Harbor, Maine, and, as to said contractor, claims for reimbursement asVol. 41, pp. 281, 507. provided by said Act of August 25, 1919, as amended by Act of March 6, 1920, may be filed within three months after the passage of this Act.
