CHAP. 375.— An Act For the relief of John R. Anderson. May 22, 1926.[[H. R. 7036](/us/bill/69/hr/7036).][[Private, No. 70](/us/pvtl/69/70).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in theJohn R. Anderson.Military record corrected. administration of any laws conferring rights and privileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, their widows, and dependent relatives, John R. Anderson shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of Company L, Twenty-fourth Regiment United States*Proviso.*No back pay, etc.
Infantry, on the 31st day of December, 1898: *Provided*, That no back pay, pension, bounty, or other emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, May 22, 1926.
