CHAP. 375.— An Act Providing for the revision and printing of the index to the Federal Statutes.March 3, 1927.[[H. R. 5839](/us/bill/69/hr/9173).][[Public, No. 778](/us/pl/69/778).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Index of Federal Statutes. That the Librarian of Congress is hereby authorized and directed to have the index to the Federal Statutes, published in 1908 and knownRevision and printing of, authorized. as the Scott and Beaman Index, revised and extended to include the Acts of Congress down to and including the Acts of the Sixty-ninth Congress, and to have the revised index printed at the Government Printing Office.
Sec. 2. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated for carryingAmount authorized for. out the provisions of this Act the sum of $25,000, to remain available until expended. Approved, March 3, 1927.
