CHAP. 373.— An Act Authorizing negotiations for the acquisition of a site for the farmers’ produce market, and for other purposes.March 3, 1927.[[H. R. 15668](/us/bill/69/hr/15668).][[Public, No. 726.](/us/pl/69/726).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,District of Columbia.Negotiation s for farmers produce market site authorized. That the Commissioners of the District of Columbia be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to negotiate for the acquirement but shall not contract to acquire a site for the farmers’ produce market, at a cost not to exceed $600,000, and to report to Congress with their recommendations not later than December 15, 1927.
