CHAP. 37.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of Montana, or Roosevelt County, or McCone County, in the State of Montana, or either or several of them, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Missouri River at or near Wolf Point, Montana.January 15, 1927.[[H. R. 13067](/us/bill/69/hr/13067).][[Public, No. 550](/us/pl/69/550).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Missouri River.Montana, etc., may bridge, at Well Point.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Montana, or Roosevelt County, or McCone County, in the State of Montana, or either or several of them, to construct, maintain, and operate a free bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near Wolf Point Montana, in township 27 north, range 47 east of the Montana principal meridian, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. ” Sec. 2.
Amendment.The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 15, 1927.
