R. 54](/us/bill/69/hr/54).][[Public, No. 769](/us/pl/69/769).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,White House grounds.Iron gates between, and State, War, and Navy Building, to be removed. That the Director of Public Buildings and Public Parks of the National Capital is hereby authorized to remove the iron gates from West Executive Avenue between the grounds of the White House and the State, War, and Navy Building, but the stone piers to which they are attachedStone piers to remain. shall not be disturbed.
