CHAP. 360.— An Act For the relief of Merritt W. Blair, of Abbott, Harding County, New Mexico, or his transferees.May 21, 1926.[[H. R. 9371](/us/bill/69/hr/9371).][[Private, No. 67](/us/pvtl/69/67).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Merritt W. Blair.Land patent to. That Merritt W. Blair, his successors or assigns, be, and are hereby, authorized to select and to receive patent for not to exceed eighty acres of land to be selected from the unappropriated, unreserved, nonmineral, surveyed public lands of the United States, the land selected to be in lieu of and not to exceed in value the land erroneously patented to said Merritt W.
Blair on January 27, 1922, under homestead entry Clayton 024795, all interest under the said patent dated January 27, 1922, to be reconveyed to the United States by a duly executed and recorded quitclaim deed. Approved, May 21, 1926.
