CHAP. 358.— An Act To authorize per capita payments to the Indians of the Cheyenne River Reservation, South Dakota.March 3, 1927.[[H. R. 16212](/us/bill/69/hr/16212).][[Public, No. 761](/us/pl/69/761).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cheyenne River Reservation S. Dak.Per capita payment to Indians of, from tribal funds. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion and under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, to make reasonable per capita payments to the Indians of the Cheyenne River Reservation from their tribal funds on deposit in the Treasury of the United States under section 6 of the Act of May 29, 1908Vol. 35, p. 463.
