CHAP. 342.— An Act To extend the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Ohio River at Louisville, Kentucky, and to repeal certain former bridge laws. March 3, 1927.[[S. 5063](/us/bill/69/s/5063).][[Public, No. 745](/us/pl/69/745).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, That the times forOhio River.Timo extended for bridging, by Louisville, Ky.*Ante*, p. 232, amended. commencing and completing the construction of the bridge authorized by the Act entitled “An Act granting the consent of Congress to the city of Louisville, Kentucky, to construct a bridge across the Ohio River at or near said city,” approved April 2, 1926, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from April 2, 1927.
Sec. 2. That the Act of Congress entitled “An Act to authorizeFormer laws repealed.Vol. 7, p. 398; Vol. 22, p.414. the construction of bridges across the Ohio River and to prescribe, the dimensions of the same,” approved December 17, 1872, and the Act supplementary thereto, approved February 14, 1883, are hereby repealed. Approved, March 3, 1927.
