CHAP. 34.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Civic Club of Grafton, North Dakota, to construct a bridge across the Red River of the North. February 26, 1926.[[H. R. 5565](/us/bill/69/hr/5565).][[Public, No. 27](/us/pl/69/27).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Rod River of the North. That the consent 133of Congress is hereby granted to the Civic Club of Grafton, NorthGrafton, N. Dak. Civic Club may bridge.
Dakota, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Red River of the North at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, atLocation. or near the highway on the section line between sections 12 and 13 of township 157 north of range 51 west, in the county of Walsh, in the State of North Dakota, in accordance with the provisions of theConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 26, 1926.
