CHAP. 332.— An Act To provide for the appointment of an additional judge of the District Court of the United States for the Western District of New York.March 3, 1927.[[S. 1490](/us/bill/69/s/1490).][[Public, No. 735](/us/pl/69/735).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Now York western judicial district.Additional judge authorized for.Vol. 30, p. 1087, amended. That the President of the United States is hereby authorized to appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, an additional judge of the District Court of the United States for the Western District of New York, who shall reside in said district and who shall possess the same powers, perforin the same duties, and receive the same compensation as the present district judge of said district; and that the official residence of said judges shall not be in the same or adjoining counties.
