CHAP. 331.— An Act For the relief of Jane Coates, widow of Leonard R. Coates.May 18, 1926.[[H. R. 5726](/us/bill/69/hr/5726).][[Private, No. 61](/us/pvtl/69/61).] *Be it enacted by Hie Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jane Coates.Payment to, for property damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Jane Coates, widow of Leonard R.
Coates, the sum of $4,750 in compensation for seventy-five cows, killed as a result of the negligence of the Department of Agriculture in the enforcement of an Act of Congress entitled “An Act to regulate the sale ofVol. 43, p. 1004. milk in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes,” approved March 2, 1895. Approved, May 18, 1926.
