CHAP. 330.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of War to grant permission to the Port of Portland Commission to close the east channel of Swan Island, Oregon.March 3, 1927.[[S. 5757](/us/bill/69/s/5757).][[Public, No. 733](/us/pl/69/733).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretarySwan Island, Oreg.Port of Portland Commission may close east channel of. of War is authorized and directed to grant permission to the Port of Portland Commission to close the east channel of Swan Island, Oregon, upon condition that such commission shall open the west channel of Swan Island and that such operations shall be conducted under the supervision of the Chief of Engineers.
