CHAP. 33.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Commissioners of Fayette and Washington Counties, Pennsylvania, to reconstruct the bridge across the Monongahela River at Belle Vernon, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.January 14, 1927.[[S. 4862](/us/bill/69/s/4862).][[Public, No. 547](/us/pl/69/547).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Monongahela River.Fayette and Washington Counties, Pa., may reconstruct bridge across, at Belle Vernon.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the commissioners of the counties of Fayette and Washington, in the State of Pennsylvania, and their successors and assigns, to reconstruct the existing bridge and approaches thereto across the Monongahela River, at Belle Vernon, in the county of Fayette, in the State of Pennsylvania, with such changes in clearances as may be approved by the Chief of Engineers 975and the Secretary of War, and to maintain and operate the same,Construction. all in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An ActVol. 34, p. 84. to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 14, 1927.
