CHAP. 33.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge across the Ohio River between the municipalities of Rochester and Monaca, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. February 26, 1926.[[H. R. 5027](/us/bill/69/hr/5027).][[Public, No. 26](/us/pl/69/26).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ohio River.Beaver County, Pa., may bridge, between Rochester and Monaca.*Post*, p, 1269. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Beaver, in the State of Pennsylvania, to construct, operate, and maintain a bridge and approaches thereto across the Ohio River between the municipalities of Rochester and Monaca, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, at a point Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 26, 1926.
