CHAP. 326.— An Act For the relief of First Lieutenant Harry L. Rogers, junior.May 17, 1926.[[S. 37](/us/bill/69/s/37).][[Private, No. 59](/us/pvtl/69/59).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lieutenant Harry L. Rogers. Jr., Army.Reimbursement to, for stolen funds. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay to Harry L. Rogers, junior, first lieutenant, Infantry, United States Army, out 1476 of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $902.63, as reimbursement for the loss sustained by him as commanding officer of the Twenty-fifth Recruit Company, Fort Slocum, New York, when such amount was stolen on or about April 1, 1921. by his company clerk, who immediately thereafter deserted.
