CHAP. 325.— An Act For the relief of Ivy L. Merrill.May 17, 1926.[[S. 2818](/us/bill/69/s/2818).][[Private, No. 58](/us/pvtl/69/58).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ivy L. Merrill.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Ivy L. Merrill, a quarter-blood Pottawatomie Indian, the sum of $500 in full compensation for permanent and lasting injuries received, without negligence on her part, while in the employ of the Government as a civil-service employee at the Shawnee Indian School in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma.
