CHAP. 324.— An Act For the relief of the Custer Electric Light, Heat, and Power Company, of Custer, South Dakota.May 17, 1926.[[H. R. 3659](/us/bill/69/hr/3659).][[Private, No. 57](/us/pvtl/69/57).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Custer Electric Light, Heat, and Power Company.Payment to That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $124.04 to the Custer Electric Light, Heat, and Power Company, of Custer, South Dakota, as compensation for the total destruction of a motor and starting switch used by the Government at its seed extractory in Custer, South Dakota.
