CHAP. 311.— An Act To amend section 96, chapter 5, of the Act of Congress of March 3, 1911, entitled “The Judicial Code.”May 17, 1926.[[H. R. 3745](/us/bill/69/hr/3745).][[Public, No. 239](/us/pl/69/239).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,United States courts.Vol. 37, p. 675, amended. That section 96, chapter 5, of the Act of Congress approved March 3, 1911, and therein designated “The Judicial Code,” be amended so that the same shall read as follows:
" “ Sec. 96. The State of New Jersey shall constitute one judicialNew Jersey judicial district.Terms of court. district, to he known as the district of New Jersey. Terms of the district court shall be held at Newark on the first Tuesday in April and the first Tuesday in November, at Trenton on the third Tuesday in January and the second Tuesday in September, of each year, and at Camden on the first Tuesday in December.
