CHAP. 310.— An Act To detach Hickman County from the Nashville division of the middle judicial district of the State of Tennessee, and attach the same to the Columbia division of the middle judicial district of said State.May 17, 1926.[[H. R. 5006](/us/bill/69/hr/5006).][[Public, No. 238](/us/pl/69/238).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Tennessee middle judicial district.Hickman County transferred to Columbia division from Nashville.
That Hickman County, of the Nashville division of the middle district of the State of Tennessee, be, and the same is hereby, detached from the Nashville division and attached to and made a part of the Columbia division of the middle district of said State: *Provided*, That witnesses attending*Proviso*.Mileage to witnesses. court at Columbia shall be paid mileage for the shortest and most direct route from the home of the witness. Approved, May 17, 1926.
