CHAP. 308.— An Act To provide for an adequate water-supply system at the Dresslerville Indian Colony.May 17, 1926.[[H. R. 9730](/us/bill/69/hr/9730).][[Public, No. 236](/us/pl/69/236).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Dresslerville Indian Colony, Nev.Water supply to be provided for.*Post*, p. 856. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to establish, operate, and maintain at the Dresslerville Indian Colony, in the State of Nevada, a water-supply system for the purpose of providing the Indians of such colony with an adequate supply of water for domestic and garden use, and such Secretary may, in connection with the establishment of such system, accept the gratuitous services Amount authorized for establishing.of the Indians of such colony.
There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $5,500, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the establishment of such water-supply system. Approved, May 17, 1926.
