CHAP. 30.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge over the Columbia River at a point within two miles downstream from the town of Brewster, Okanogan County, State of Washington.February 26, 1926.[[H. R. 3852](/us/bill/69/hr/3852).][[Public, No. 23](/us/pl/69/23).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Columbia River.W. E. Buell may bridge, near Brewster, Wash. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to W.
E. Buell, his heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Columbia River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, within two miles downstream from the town of Brewster, in Okanogan County, State of Washington, in accordance with the provisions of the ActConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of Congress entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 26, 1926.
