CHAP. 3.— Joint Resolution To declare Saturday, December 26, 1925, a legal holiday in the District of Columbia.December 22, 1925.[[S. J. Res. 28](/us/bill/69/sjres/28).][[Pub. Res., No. 3](/us/bill/69/pubres/3).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,District of Columbia.December 26, 1925, made a legal holiday.*Proviso*.Government and District employees entitled to pay. That Saturday, December 26, 1925, be, and the same is hereby, declared a legal holiday in the District of Columbia for ail purposes: *Provided*, That all employees of the United States Government in the District of Columbia and employees of the District of Columbia shall be entitled to pay for this holiday the same as on other days.
