CHAP. 295.— An Act To extend the time for the construction of a bridge across the Fox River in the State of Illinois on State Road Numbered 18, connecting the villages of Yorkville and Bristol in said State.May 13, 1926.[[H. R. 10244](/us/bill/69/hr/10244).][[Public, No. 223](/us/pl/69/223).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fox River.Time extended for bridging, in Kendall County, Ill. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by Act of Congress, approved February 16, 1924, to be built by the State of Illinois across the Fox River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in the county of Kendall, and StateVol. 43, p. 13, amended. of Illinois, on the spur of State Road Numbered 18, connecting the villages of Yorkville and Bristol, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 13, 1926.
