Parsons and Lieutenant Commander Ben Moreell of the Civil Engineer Corps of the United States Navy be, and they are hereby, authorized to accept from the Republic of Haiti the Medal of Honor and Merit which has been tendered to each of said officers, through the. Department of State, in appreciation of services rendered the said Republic of Haiti. Approved, March 2, 1927.
