That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by Act of Congress approved March 4, 1925, to be built by the village of Spooner, in the county of Lake of the Woods, State of Minnesota, across the Rainy River between the village of Spooner, in the county of Lake of the Woods, State of Minnesota, and RainyVol. 43, p. 1285, amended.*Post*, p. 1274.
River, Ontario, are hereby extended to March 4, 1927, and March 4, 1929, respectively. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 26, 1926.
