CHAP. 287.— An Act For the purchase of the Oldroyd collection of Lincoln relics.May 11, 1926.[[S. 957](/us/bill/69/s/957).][[Public, No. 215](/us/pl/69/215).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lincoln relics.Commission designated to purchase provided collection of. That the Secretary of State, the Secretary of War, and the Attorney General are hereby designated as a commission with authority, in their discretion, to purchase the Oldroyd collection of Lincoln relics, and that the sumAmount authorized for.*Post*, p. 845. of $50,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to enable the commission to consummate such purchase.
