CHAP. 286.— An Act To correct the naval record of John Cronin.March 2, 1927.[[S. 2085](/us/bill/69/s/2085).][[Private, No. 419](/us/pvtl/69/419).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Cronin. Naval record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and laws conferring rights and privileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, sailors, marines, and1799 so forth, their widows and dependent relatives, John Cronin, formerly seaman, United States Navy, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the United States Navy, March 18, 1899: *Provided*, That no back pension,*Proviso*,No back pension, etc. allowance, or other emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
