CHAP. 275.— An Act For the relief of James Doherty.May 8, 1926.[[S. 1131](/us/bill/69/s/1131).][[Private, No. 46](/us/pvtl/69/46).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Doherty.Payment to, for property damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,250 to James Doherty, of Metaline Falls, Washington, for the destruction of his residence and household effects by fire while being occupied by employees of the Bureau of Public Bonds, Department of Agriculture. Approved, May 8, 1926.
