That an extension of not more than four months from the date of the passage of this bill, for the time for institution of the proceedings authorized under Private Law 81, Sixty-eighth Congress, being an Act for the relief of Henry A. Kessel Company (Incorporated), be, and is hereby, authorized. Approved, May 7, 1926.
