CHAP. 271.— An Act For the relief of Philip Hertz (Philip Herz).May 7, 1926.[[S. 2124](/us/bill/69/s/2124).][[Private, No. 44](/us/pvtl/69/44).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the, United States of America in Congress assembled*,Philip Hertz.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Philip Hertz (Philip Herz), late of Company H, Sixty-first Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a 1471 member of said company and regiment on the 18th day of July, 1864: *Provided*, That no bounty, pay, or allowance shall be held to*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
