CHAP. 258.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the highway department of the State of Minnesota to reconstruct a bridge across the Mississippi River between the city of Anoka, in Anoka County, and Champlin, in Hennepin County, Minnesota.May 7, 1926.[[H. R. 9460](/us/bill/69/hr/9460).][[Public, No. 194](/us/pl/69/194).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mississippi River.Time extended for bridging, between Anoka and Champlin Minn.*Post*, p. 1416.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the highway department of the State of Minnesota, and its successors and assigns, to reconstruct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at a point between the city of Anoka, in the county of Anoka, and the village of Champlin, in the county of Hennepin, in the State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled 412 “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigableConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 7, 1926.
