Kieffer.Credit in postal accounts That the Post-master General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the accounts of Elizabeth W, Kieffer, postmaster at Fort Russell, Wyoming, in the sum of $568.31, due to the United States on account of loss by theft of post-office funds by Claude E. Davis, on November 14, 1922. Approved, March 1, 1927.
