CHAP. 248.— An Act For the relief of Mary M. Pride.May 5, 1926.[[H. R. 2797](/us/bill/69/hr/2797).][[Private, No. 38](/us/pvtl/69/38).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary M. Pride.Title of, to certain lands In Alabama, confirmed. That the title of Mary M. Pride in and to fractional section 13, township 4 south, range 13 west, Huntsville meridian, east of the Chickasaw boundary line, containing thirteen and eighty one-hundredths acres, Colbert County, Alabama, be, and the same is hereby, quieted and confirmed, and patent therefor should issue to the said Mary M.
Pride upon thePurchase price, etc. payment of $1.25 per acre and the furnishing of a satisfactory abstract of title or other evidence showing that the land is free from adverse claims. Approved, May 5, 1926.
