CHAP. 246.— An Act For the relief of Nick Masonich. March 1, 1927.[[S. 2348](/us/bill/69/s/2348).][[Private, No. 415](/us/pvtl/69/415).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nick Masonich.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $5,000 to Nick Masonich of Butte, Montana, who was disabled by personal injury sustained while in the performance of his duty as a member of a station gang employed by the Alaskan Engineering Commission.
