CHAP. 244.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of Minnesota to construct a bridge across the Minnesota River at or near Shakopee, Minnesota.May 5, 1926.[[H. R. 8950](/us/bill/69/hr/8950).][[Public, No. 184](/us/pl/69/184).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Minnesota Elver.Minnesota may bridge, at Shakopee. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Minnesota and its successors and assigns to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Minnesota River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Shakopee, Minnesota, more particularly described as in the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 1, township 115 north, range 23 west, of the fifth principal meridian, in the county of Scott, in the State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act toConstruction.Vol. 34. p. 84. regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 5, 1926.
