CHAP. 243.— An Act For the relief of William C. Harllee.February 28, 1927.[[H. R. 10485](/us/bill/69/hr/10485).][[Private, No. 414](/us/pvtl/69/414).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William C. Harllee.Payment to, for tire losses of personal effects, etc. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,391.00 to William C.
Harllee, on account of loss sustained by him when a fire destroyed his personal effects and household goods at the United States Army transport wharf, Seattle, Washington, May 7, 1906, while the said effects and goods were in the hands of the Federal Government in transit and upon the occasion of the transfer of the said William C. Harllee, then serving as first lieutenant of the United States Marine Corps under orders from marine barracks, Honolulu, Territory of Hawaii, to marine barracks, Mare Island, California.
