CHAP. 237.— An Act For the relief of C. P. Dryden.February 28, 1927.[[S. 2094](/us/bill/69/s/2094).][[Private, No. 408](/us/pvtl/69/408).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, C. P. Dryden.Payment to, for damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to C. P. Dryden, $2,329.25, as full compensation to C.
P. Dryden, Mrs. C. P. Dryden, and Mrs. D, F. Dryden for personal damages and private property damages which occurred, without negligence on his part, as a result of the operation of military aircraft on June 28, 1923, at Kiwanis Aviation Field, Van Nays, California. Approved, February 28, 1927.
