CHAP. 235.— An Act To increase the limit of cost of public building at Decatur, Alabama.May 4, 1926.[[H. R. 3797](/us/bill/69/hr/3797).][[Public, No. 175](/us/pl/69/175).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Decatur, Ala.Limit of cost increased for public building at.Vol. 37, p. 873, amended. That the limit of cost fixed by existing law (Thirty-seventh Statutes, 873) for the public building and the site thereof at Decatur, Alabama, be, and 395 the same is hereby, increased from $65,000 to $70,656; and the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby further authorized, in his discretion, to expend not exceeding $5,656 in reimbursing those, orReimbursement to contributors to cost of first building. their legal representatives, who contributed toward the cost of constructing said building of two stories, as first planned, instead of as originally contracted for.
And such reimbursement may be made*Post*, p. 875. from any appropriation provided for said building. Approved, May 4, 1926.
