Macnair.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Archibald L. Macnair, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,530.16 as damages for the destruction of his Sopwith airplane by an Army service airplane, March 12, 1922, at Daytona Beach, Florida. Approved, May 3, 1926.
