CHAP. 231.— An Act For the relief of Fred V. Plomteaux.May 3, 1926.[[S. 553](/us/bill/69/s/553).][[Private, No. 34](/us/pvtl/69/34).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Blouse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fred V. Plomteaux.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out. of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $125 to Fred V. Plomteaux, of Espanola, New Mexico, as reimbursement for the loss of two horses, one having died while in use on official business on May 12, 1916, and the other being killed on account of an injury sustained while in official use on July 8, 1914; said horses being the personal property of Fred V.
Plomteaux and used by him in the performance of his duties as forest ranger. Approved, May 3, 1926.
