CHAP. 230.— An Act For the relief of Carlos Tompkins.February 28, 1927.[[S. 95](/us/bill/69/s/95).][[Private, No. 401](/us/pvtl/69/401).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Carlos Tompkins. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Carlos Tompkins, who served as a member of Troop H, Second Regiment United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from said service on the 20th day of May, 1865: *Provided*,*Proviso.*.No back pay, etc.
That no back pay, pension, bounty, or other emolument shall accrue prior to t he passage of this Act. Approved, February 28, 1927.
