CHAP. 23.— An Act To amend section 95 of the Judicial Code, as amended.February 20, 1926.[[S. 2464](/us/bill/69/s/2464).][[Public, No. 17](/us/pl/69/17).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,United States courts.New Hampshire judicial district. That the second sentence of section 95 of the Judicial Code, as amended, is amended to read as follows: " “Terms of the district court shall be held at Concord on the lastTerms of court.Vol. 37, p. 357, amended.
Tuesday in April, the first Tuesday in September, and the second Tuesday in December; and at Littleton on the second Tuesday in October.” " Approved, February 20, 1926.
