V. Yearsley.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to A. V. Yearsley, of Port Penn, Delaware, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $87.22, said sum being due A. V. Yearsley for merchandise furnished to the Reedy Island naval station mess during the year 1918. Approved, May 1, 1926.
