CHAP. 218.— An Act Relating to the admission of candidates to the Naval Academy.February 26, 1927.[[S. 5699](/us/bill/69/s/5699).][[Public, No. 656](/us/pl/69/656).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Naval Academy.Age of admission to.Vol. 40, p. 550, amended. That the Act entitled “An Act to fix the age limits for candidates for admission to the United States Naval Academy,” approved May 14, 1918, be amended by the addition of the following proviso:
"Candidates whose twentieth anniversary of birth is April 1st of the year of entrance not excluded.“*Provided further*, That the foregoing shall not be held to exclude the admission of a candidate the twentieth anniversary of whose birth occurs on the 1st day of April of the calendar year in which he shall enter.”" Approved, February 26, 1927.
