CHAP. 209.— An Act For the relief of Oliver J. Larkin and Lona Larkin.February 25, 1927.[[S. 2619](/us/bill/69/s/2619).][[Private, No. 392](/us/pvtl/69/392).]. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Oliver J., and Lona Larkin.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed tn pay out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Oliver J.
Larkin and Lona Larkin, of Greencastle, Indiana, the sum of $3,000, in full and final settlement of all claims for personal injuries sustained by them on March 18, 1924, on the national high-way about one and one-fourth miles east of Lewisville, Henry County, Indiana, through the carelessness and negligence of certain members of the Eighty-fourth Division Officers’ Reserve, who were operating a Cadillac motor car numbered 114766, then and there owned by the United States Government and used by said Army member's while on duty.
