CHAP. 207.— An Act To amend the military record of Leo J. Pourciau.February 25, 1927.[[S. 2353](/us/bill/69/s/2353).][[Private, No. 390](/us/pvtl/69/390).] *Be it enacted By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Leo J. Pourciau.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Leo J. Pourciau, late of Company B, Fifty-ninth Infantry, United States Army, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 20th day of January, 1919: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
