CHAP. 193.— An Act For the relief of Levin P. Kelly.April 27, 1926.[[S. 2111](/us/bill/69/s/2111).][[Private, No. 19](/us/pvtl/69/19).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Levin P. Kelly.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $5,740 to Levin P.
Kelly, owner and captain of the schooner John Bradley, which was sunk on the 25th day of July, 1922, by Government launch numbered 1, of the United States Naval Academy, through the negligence of the Government. Approved, April 27, 1926.
