CHAP. 19.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across Fox River, in Dundee Township, Kane County, Illinois.February 13, 1926.[[H. R. 5240](/us/bill/69/hr/5240).][[Public, No. 13](/us/pl/69/13).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fox River.Chicago and North Western Railway Company may bridge, in Dundee Township, Ill. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Chicago and North Western Railway Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Fox River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in sections 15 and 22, township 42 north, range 8 east of the third principal meridian, the same being in Dundee Township, Kane County, Illinois, in 7 accordance with the Act of Congress entitled “An Act to regulateConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 13, 1926.
