Cecil, Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay George H. Cecil, supervisor of the Angeles National Forest, Los Angeles, California, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $86.05, to reimburse him for the costs paid to the clerk of the superior court of California, for the county of Los Angeles, in the suit numbered 171223 of J.
